Good to Book - guest intelligence software

We have received a request from a roomMaster Cloud customer seeking access to Good to Book’s guest intelligence and risk-mitigation solution within their booking environment.

The customer has advised that their recent engagement with the Australian team has not progressed, and as a result they have queried which alternative PMS platforms Good to Book currently supports. At present, Good to Book works with Resly, Mews, RMS, Hostaway and GuestPoint, with Opera Cloud and Guesty in progress.

To address this opportunity efficiently, Good to Book has developed a lightweight browser extension (Bx) that enables access to our guest intelligence service without requiring a traditional PMS integration or development work on the PMS side.

To proceed, Good to Book only requires access to a roomMaster Cloud sandbox or testing environment in order to tailor and validate the browser extension within the roomMaster booking interface.
