I am writing as a current customer of Room Master (4 hotels with Room Master Cloud). I am writing to request Key Data (https://www.keydatadashboard.com/), a leading provider of performance analytics and comparative data dashboards for the hospitality industry, be added as an integration to Room Master. This platform aggregates historical and forward-looking data in real-time to provide valuable insights for professional hotel managers.
We noticed that Room Master does not currently integrate with Key Data, while many of our other PMS partners do. We would greatly appreciate it if your company could add this integration to Room Master so that we can continue to access the valuable data and insights provided by Key Data without having to switch PMS companies.
We believe that this integration would provide significant value to our business (and all others in the Smoky Mountain marketplace).
