Our mutual client, Dave Dave DeYoung with Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites, has expressed interest in looking to see if integration between our Guest Screening Databas and your InnQuest PMS is achievable in this specific way:
1. Crystal Inn Hotels & Suites uses our database to report guest security incidents for all three of their Utah properties.
2. InnQuest PMS would query Crystal Inn's guest security incident records in our database against current and future guest reservations in Crystal Inn's InnQuest PMS data, looking for matches by:
a. Guest First Name
b. Guest Last Name
c. Guest Phone Number or Email Address
3. Based on the query results, the guests with prior security incidents in our database would have a visible flag or pop up in their InnQuest reservation record, such as their name in red text, or something similar.
Dave mentioned that they currently use InnQuest to report flagged guests, however they would like to be able to expand this in a few areas:
1. They would like to use the full reporting capabilities of our guest security incident database, with emphasis on having access to detailed historical data.
2. They would like to seamlessly share guest flag data among their three Utah Properties, which our database will allow.
